Our endeavour is to maintain the quality of service at all times right through your defined time horizon. If you are facing any difficulty , and are not happy with any aspect of your portfolio, you can bring it to our notice through the following modes and we will get back asap. Any issue highlighted by the Client gets escalated to the V.P and the CEO.


Thru the meeting note :

We follow a process wherein the RM will note down the details of the meeting and the discussion points in the “Client Meeting note”. This has to be countersigned by the Client and the RM. If you have any issue, please feel free to mention the details therein.

Thru the mobile app – section – “Report an issue” :

This is available on the home page of the APP. You can use this section and mention the details therein.
